What you will do

• Design and develop technical product training materials, including eLearning courses, workshops, and simulations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and product managers to translate complex functionality into effective learning content.
• Apply backwards design and outcome-based principles to ensure measurable learner outcomes.
• Measure training effectiveness using evaluation frameworks and optimize learner engagement.
• Maintain and update training materials in alignment with product releases and customer needs.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve development efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions in corporate or academic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, multimedia design, and learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience using AI capabilities within learning or content development tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging learning experiences.
