What you will do

• Develop and lead Safety, Security, and Environmental Compliance Programs for the site.
• Create risk assessment methods to anticipate, identify, and reduce workplace hazards.
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and EPA.
• Implement training systems and safety measurements using Integrated Work System (IWS) tools.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate the execution of corrective actions.
• Manage waste minimization, recycling, and environmental reporting programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing EHS programs within a manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma or GED required (Bachelor's or Master's in Safety, Environmental Health, or Chemistry preferred).
• Deep knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment as business needs dictate.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
