What you will do

• Execute customized client service strategies to create measurable value and business efficiencies.
• Develop proposals, summarize programs, and guide clients in insurance decision-making processes.
• Analyze risk and coverage structures to recommend and implement program changes.
• Negotiate premiums, coverage, and terms with underwriters on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate client files and data integrity within agency management systems.
• Mentor Client Service Representatives and collaborate across internal departments to ensure service cohesiveness.

Requirements

• Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health required upon hire.
• 2+ years of Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage or comparable role.
• Ability and means of transportation to travel to local and long-distance client meetings.

Nice to have

• BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CEBS.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
