What you will do

• Lead business process discovery and requirements structuring across the OSS transformation scope.
• Conduct structured interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture current-state processes.
• Map business capabilities and process flows, identifying pain points, gaps, and risks.
• Translate client needs into Level 1 and Level 2 requirements.
• Prepare requirements catalogues and input for RFP/tender documentation.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and System Analysts to ensure consistency between process, system, and integration views.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strong business analysis experience.
• Experience in telecom or comparable network/operator environments, specifically with OSS/BSS processes.
• Proficiency in requirements engineering, process mapping, and capability mapping.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and structure ambiguous legacy process knowledge.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.
• German: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.

Nice to have

• TM Forum eTOM understanding or ITIL process knowledge.
• Experience with regional cable, fiber, or MVNO operators.
• Expertise in field service, partner workflows, or service assurance.
• Relevant professional certifications.
