Business Analyst (E-commerce)

Business Analyst (E-commerce): Driving business requirements and readiness activities for the OneShop rollout with an accent on translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Focus on coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating requirements workshops, and ensuring seamless business validation during the digital transformation.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Vienna (2 days per week on site)

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate requirements across B2C Portfolio, Go-To-Market, IT, Security, and Finance departments.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and alignment sessions to define acceptance criteria.
• Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and overall business validation.
• Manage business readiness activities, identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies for the OneShop rollout.
• Maintain project documentation and track decisions/action items throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Business Consultant.
• Proven track record in gathering and documenting business requirements for digital transformation or e-commerce projects.
• Strong skills in workshop facilitation and managing complex stakeholder dependencies.
• Experience with UAT and business-readiness processes.
• English: Very good written and spoken skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or omnichannel environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• German language skills.
