What you will do

• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring from kickoff to client acceptance.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while monitoring budget and risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business analysts to meet milestones.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently across the company portfolio.
• Communicate project status, performance metrics, and steering committee presentations to leadership.
• Use AI and automation tools to identify repeatable use cases and enhance output quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably software implementations.
• Experience delivering project results to external clients in a professional services context.
• Excellent German written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and project reporting skills.
• PMP or similar accreditation is highly desired.

• Experience with SaaS implementation.
