What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the educational blog from content planning through publishing and optimization.
- Write, edit, and package high-performing content across blogs, newsletters, and strategic campaigns.
- Direct freelancers and agency partners to scale content production while maintaining high quality standards.
- Partner with SEO/AEO, Product Marketing, and Design teams to maximize the reach and impact of content.
- Utilize performance data and audience insights to identify and implement growth strategies.
- Leverage AI and modern content tools to optimize research and production workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or content strategy.
- Proven track record of leading a scaled editorial program such as a blog or newsletter.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on elevating other writers' work.
- Solid command of business, entrepreneurship, and finance subject matter.
- Experience managing external contributors, freelancers, and agencies.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
