What you will do

• Define and execute the editorial strategy across hirify.global.ai and external platforms to drive organic growth and conversion.
• Design and manage the brief-to-publish workflow, including LLM prompts, QA gates, and human-edit checkpoints.
• Optimize content for AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) to earn citations and build off-domain authority.
• Enforce E-E-A-T and YMYL compliance standards to ensure factual accuracy in high-stakes financial content.
• Manage a team of writers, AI agents, and a freelance bench while producing high-quality content personally.
• Track performance metrics including traffic, AI-citation targets, and customer conversion.

Requirements

• Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
• 7+ years in content and editorial roles with 3+ years leading SEO-driven programs in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace brands.
• Proven experience shipping a real AI-assisted content pipeline in production with established quality guardrails.
• Deep expertise in AEO and SEO, with a track record of moving the needle in AI answer engines.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or GA4.
• Experience managing writers and freelance teams while maintaining high editorial standards.
