What you will do

• Own the strategy, direction, and delivery of performance-driven creative for a portfolio of 2-5 clients.
• Translate performance data into testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and iteration plans.
• Develop static and video briefs tailored to platform behavior (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon).
• Collaborate with Media, Design, and Production teams to align on scaling and optimization.
• Analyze creative performance across platforms and synthesize learnings into actionable insights.
• Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO Content, or Editorial Strategy.
• Must be based in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and the evolution of AI-powered search.
• Experience creating various content formats, including blogs, thought leadership, and website assets.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
