Location: Fully remote within the U.S. (Open only to candidates residing in CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, & WA)

Salary: $120,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Develop and manage revenue-generating "best-of" lists and rankings for the accounting industry.
• Design rigorous quantitative and qualitative methodologies to evaluate industry excellence.
• Oversee the full editorial lifecycle from data gathering and nominations to final reporting.
• Write and edit high-impact articles and profiles, collaborating with multi-channel content teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Revenue, and SEO stakeholders to align content with business goals.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of writing and editing experience in a digital newsroom.
• Deep sourcing and professional knowledge of the accounting field.
• Must be based in one of the following US states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and data analysis tools (spreadsheets, Hoovers, Dun & Bradstreet).
• Experience managing staff and freelance writers.
• Bachelor’s degree.
