What you will do

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for EHG users for technical assistance, equipment requests, and issue triage.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, including peripherals and mobile devices.
• Provision, configure, and maintain workstations and laptops, managing the full asset inventory and lifecycle.
• Administer user access and identity in Active Directory and endpoint management tools like Intune and Jamf.
• Implement security requirements, endpoint protection, patching, and VPN configurations to ensure device compliance.
• Support specialized game development tools such as Perforce and Unreal Engine.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems support.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS administration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, identity management, and endpoint tools (Intune, Jamf, or SCCM).
• Solid understanding of networking principles including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN.
• Onsite presence at the El Segundo office is required 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting game development studios or creative production environments.
• Familiarity with Perforce, Unreal Engine, and Parsec.
• Industry certifications from Microsoft, Apple, Jamf, or CompTIA.
• Experience with Juniper or Palo Alto network and security platforms.
