What you will do

• Analyze campaign performance and funnel progression to identify bottlenecks and conversion opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to address stalled leads and improve follow-up velocity.
• Track go-to-market trials and surface friction points to improve product-market fit.
• Monitor product retention and expansion trends to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
• Maintain data quality across CRM and feedback systems to deliver actionable weekly insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or Data Analytics.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization for the US or Right to Work in the UK.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including pivot tables and formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills for summarizing complex insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales funnel metrics like MQLs and conversion rates.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
