Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily on-site operations for intermodal transit services in the Midwest region.
• Lead and coach a large team including drivers, dispatchers, and mechanics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues and real-time scheduling.
• Build relationships with driver partners, customers, and community leaders.
• Develop and monitor weekly KPIs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management.
• Must be local to operations or willing to relocate.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating large teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to various stakeholders.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
