General Manager, Autonomous Vehicle Operations

What you will do

• Lead ride-hailing operations, fleet development and readiness, and the Incident Response Team.
• Own operational P&L performance, drive cost efficiency, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Oversee vehicle fleets, physical depot infrastructure, vehicle health, safety culture, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and improve standard operating procedures using Kaizen frameworks.
• Manage AV partners, outsourcing partners, and third-party suppliers, including escalations and strategic alignment.
• Build performance scorecards, recruit and lead a high-calibre team, and use AI-driven automation to remove operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in complex operations, such as EV fleets, logistics, or advanced supply chain.
• Deep knowledge of Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience building high-performing teams and managing third-party commercial relationships.
• Degree in engineering, logistics, operations management, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix and operate a motor vehicle for company business.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history; satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record is required for employment.
