Sr Business Director - Environmental Services

What you will do

• Own the full P&L for a $300M revenue and $45M EBITDA integrated services business across ChemCare and OSS.
• Lead a cross-functional organization of approximately 90 employees across commercial, operations, and support functions.
• Develop and execute the annual operating plan, including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, pricing, and value capture.
• Drive pipeline-led growth through new business, cross-selling, churn recovery, portfolio optimization, and customer retention.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives involving process standardization, technology enablement, digital tools, analytics, and operating model optimization.
• Manage executive customer relationships, vendor and disposal networks, safety and compliance, talent development, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in hazardous waste.
• Proven P&L leadership experience and strong commercial and growth expertise.
• Experience working in regulated environments, including EH&S and waste services.
• Demonstrated success leading transformation and operating strategically and tactically.
• Must be based within the United States for this remote position.
