Salary: $213,000 - $250,000 USD (Base pay for Zone 1)

What you will do

• Lead the full month-end close and consolidation process of the global accounting function ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Oversee key corporate accounting functions including opex accrual, prepaids, payroll accounting, and intercompany transactions.
• Identify repetitive tasks and implement scalable solutions by leveraging AI to optimize the close process.
• Act as the financial systems DRI for significant ERP and system implementations.
• Ensure all close deliverables are audit-ready and coordinate smoothly with auditors and service providers.
• Maintain internal controls over operations and financial reporting in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience in accounting, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a business-related field.
• Proven experience with Oracle ERP, Coupa, Workday, and Oracle FCCS.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills within high-growth, cross-functional environments.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA (5 days per week).
