Sr Manager, Corporate Accounting (AI)

Location: United States of America; flexible hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions.

Salary: $110,625–$230,625 per year, plus potential discretionary annual bonus or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead personnel accounting, including payroll, benefits, restructuring, long-term incentive compensation, and bonus accruals.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for corporate and non-personnel accounting.
• Lead a team of two accounting professionals and coordinate with Finance, HR, FP&A, Legal, Procurement, and Finance Systems.
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analyses, and accounting policies.
• Maintain SOX controls and serve as a key contact for internal and external auditors.
• Use Oracle Financials, automation, and AI tools such as Gemini and Claude to reduce manual work and improve accounting processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a large public company or complex global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and corporate accounting operations.
• Experience with Oracle Financials or a comparable enterprise ERP; Oracle Financials is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and independent decision-making skills, including the ability to manage tight close deadlines.
