Financial Systems Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; solid, though not total, overlap with San Francisco business hours required.

Salary: $145,000–$165,000 annually, depending on U.S. labor market, skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Own NetSuite administration, configuration, maintenance, optimization, permissions, workflows, custom records, and saved searches.
• Manage the finance technology stack and integrations across Ramp, Coupa, Avalara, Stripe, FloQast, Pigment, and NetSuite.
• Automate and improve month-end and quarter-end close processes, finance workflows, and manual integrations.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering to deliver scalable system solutions.
• Lead implementations, upgrades, testing, documentation, change management, and user adoption.
• Support finance data marts, connected reporting, data governance, internal controls, SOX readiness, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of financial systems experience with deep hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration expertise.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes.
• Experience with finance systems and integrations, including Ramp, Coupa, Avalara, Stripe, and FloQast.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, automation, project management, and cross-functional delivery; experience with ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Experience applying AI to finance or systems workflows and working in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States and maintain overlap with San Francisco business hours.

Nice to have

• NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteQL experience.
• Pigment experience.
• Experience with finance data marts, Snowflake, connected reporting, or Hex.
• Experience scaling systems and controls in a pre-IPO or SOX environment.
