Accounting Manager / Senior Accounting Manager (AI Robotics)

Location: Onsite in Addison, Texas, daily; international travel 1–2 times per year may be required.

Salary: $122,000–$179,000 per year plus a discretionary annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Set and maintain global accounting policies for inventory, fixed assets, revenue recognition, and warranty provisions.
• Book journal entries and perform reconciliations for inventory, fixed assets, COGS, depreciation, and ASC 606 revenue recognition across US, UK, and Ireland entities.
• Prepare global reporting, financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, flux analysis, audit support, and Board reporting.
• Coordinate quarter-end reviews and year-end inventory stocktakes with auditors.
• Build financial controls, maintain accounting policies and procedures, and perform technical accounting analysis under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, People Ops, Supply Chain, and ERP advisors to support new products, geographies, automation, and finance transformation.

Requirements

• CPA required, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
• 6–8 years of relevant accounting and industry experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with ASC 606, US GAAP, technical accounting memoranda, inventory and COGS accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
• Experience in hardware, hardware-plus-SaaS, manufacturing, robotics, or another physical inventory business.
• Experience with accounting systems, preferably NetSuite, and strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must work onsite at the Addison, Texas office daily and collaborate across multiple time zones.

• Experience in manufacturing, AI, or technology.
• Experience with NetSuite, Google Sheets, and Zip.
• Experience managing accounting across multiple legal entities with a global policy-setting mandate.
