What you will do

• Define the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI agent interactions across all surfaces.
• Develop a unified experience framework including interaction patterns and design systems for Web, Desktop, and Mobile.
• Manage cross-platform orchestration to ensure seamless context continuity between different devices.
• Drive data-informed product decisions using funnel instrumentation, experimentation, and cohort analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, Applied Science, and GTM teams to ship world-class AI products.
• Oversee the customer adoption journey from onboarding to power-user engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, or IT.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products through the full lifecycle to GTM.
• Must be based in the USA (Seattle, Santa Clara, or Mountain View).

Nice to have

• Experience designing adaptive systems that vary behavior by device, context, or user state.
• Direct collaboration with applied scientists or ML engineers on evaluation criteria and routing logic.
• Proficiency in reasoning about probabilistic/LLM-based systems and their failure modes.
