Principal Product Manager (AI): Leading the strategy and execution of Private Cloud AI data infrastructure solutions with an accent on building and integrating cutting-edge AI and data infra technologies. Focus on unlocking AI opportunities for large organizations, managing end-to-end product roadmaps, and collaborating with GTM teams to bring AI products to market.

Location: Hybrid: Average 2 days per week from an HPE office (USA: Colorado, Massachusetts, or Texas)

Salary: USD 160,000 - 349,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy to unlock AI opportunities for the world's largest organizations.
• Lead the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for complex AI product portfolios.
• Build value propositions, target customer segments, and business cases for disruptive AI products.
• Synthesize market requirements (MRD) through intimate customer knowledge and industry acumen.
• Guide key stakeholders across all lifecycle phases, from planning and development to launch and exit.
• Collaborate across the value chain (Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing) to optimize margins and GTM success.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience in HPC or AI/ML platform infrastructure.
• 12+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, focusing on AI/ML and data infrastructure.
• Strong technical acumen across enterprise AI and data workflows; knowledge of HPC and ML hardware/software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience driving product vision and guiding cross-functional teams through key milestones.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills for managing complex, ambiguous projects.
