What you will do

• Define and evolve the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap to respond to emerging AI trends.
• Lead the development of AI agent platforms, focusing on capabilities, permissions, and integrations.
• Drive AI product monetization strategies, including pricing models and business value measurement.
• Establish product analytics and AI observability practices to evaluate adoption and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to translate complex AI capabilities into clear product requirements.
• Mentor and influence product practices to promote innovation and customer-focused decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience delivering AI-powered features, intelligent agents, or complex technical products.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM technologies, including model behavior, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• Proven ability to create and execute product strategies, balancing vision with practical delivery.
• Experience using data and analytics to guide product decisions and demonstrate business impact.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within remote or distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM observability platforms or agent safety frameworks.
• Experience with continuous delivery practices or human-in-the-loop AI design.
