What you will do

• Interpret instructions and memos, ask clarifying questions, and follow work safety and operational directives.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs for building systems, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
• Inspect building systems (including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing) to ensure equipment operates within design capabilities and meets client environmental conditions.
• Provide concierge-style customer service to internal and external partners and support tenant experience.
• Execute contract work such as landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning as needed.
• Ensure all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency requirements, and company directives are adhered to.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations, Property Management, or a related industry (preferred).
• Thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to read and understand plans and prints.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools/equipment (e.g., multi-meter amp probe, anemometer, pressure gauges, drain auger).
• High School Diploma/GED/trade school diploma required; EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
