Salary: USD 330,000 - 405,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee and manage all commercial transactions, providing pragmatic and proactive legal advice across the organization.
• Lead a global team of attorneys in drafting and negotiating MSAs, DPAs, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Security teams to integrate legal considerations into business decisions.
• Scale legal operations by streamlining contract workflows and creating automated self-service processes.
• Ensure product and marketing compliance with national and international laws and data protection regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance on M&A, commercial disputes, and cybersecurity incident communications.

Requirements

• Juris doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active state bar membership in good standing.
• At least 15 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at technology companies supporting sales organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and mentor a global team of legal professionals.
• Experience providing both tactical and strategic legal leadership for overall business initiatives.
• Ability to work from the San Mateo office on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday).
