Compensation: $180,000 – $254,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including SaaS customer contracts, DPAs, partner agreements, and NDAs.
• Manage deal flow end-to-end as the primary legal point of contact, coordinating with finance, security, and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain standard legal toolkits, including templates, negotiation playbooks, and self-service paths for sales teams.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows for contract intake, review, and drafting.
• Provide training to cross-functional teams to integrate legal judgment into business operations.

Requirements

• JD and active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction required.
• 5+ years of commercial transactional experience, specifically in SaaS and technology agreements.
• Proven track record of managing commercial deals independently from start to finish.
• Strong background in legal operations, including experience building or improving contracting processes and automation.
• Deep understanding of privacy requirements in commercial contracting, including DPAs and cross-border data transfer obligations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable business terms.
