What you will do

• Identify, distribute, and monitor the implementation status of regulatory communications.
• Research CMS and state regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
• Manage regulatory reporting and facilitate the exclusion screening program.
• Coordinate regulatory audits and manage cross-departmental documentation requests.
• Analyze metrics to create actionable monthly reports and Board of Directors materials.
• Participate in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives within the compliance domain.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Experience in a heavily regulated healthcare environment (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in regulatory audit facilitation and internal compliance reviews.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage healthcare.
