What you will do

• Collaborate with leadership to build an AI-first performance strategy for value-based care reporting.
• Deploy structured project management tools including schedules, trackers, and performance playbooks.
• Manage operational cadence by organizing and leading cross-functional strategic meetings.
• Serve as a bridge between centralized subject-matter experts and field teams to eliminate silos.
• Maintain internal standard operating procedures, compliance documentation, and board records.
• Provide ad hoc data visualizations to support strategy and operations leads.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in operations, healthcare management, or value-based care.
• Proven capability to independently scope and execute multiple simultaneous project workstreams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience managing up to executives.
• High proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
• Experience utilizing AI-based platforms and reporting tools like Tableau, Jira, or Miro.
• Ability and willingness to travel 10-25% for market retreats and practice visits.

Nice to have

• Professional Project Management Certification (PMP).
• Deep operational understanding of Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
