What you will do

• Serve as the central point of contact for all new customer implementation and conversion projects.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and suppliers to ensure successful contract onboarding.
• Track and communicate project status and results to key stakeholders and members.
• Analyze customer supply chain operations to adapt internal processes for project completion.
• Facilitate distribution pricing connections and manage ongoing contract renewals and site expansions.
• Document savings and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external groups.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of applicable professional experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong critical thinking and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate group discussions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
