What you will do

• Manage medium to large-scale IT projects including system upgrades and application rollouts.
• Lead internal teams and third-party vendors through the project lifecycle.
• Track performance, report on milestones, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure clear communication of project goals.
• Support change management and training initiatives.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to healthcare IT standards and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ohio
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of Acute Care or Ambulatory Care environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Experience managing multiple projects or large, complex single-project initiatives.
