Requirements

• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Prior experience in collections and customer service within a call center environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent and must be 18 years or older.
• Wired internet connection with at least 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload.
• Proficiency in using multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.
