TL;DR

Employer Services Representative (Fintech/Healthtech): Delivering exceptional service to HR leaders and brokers by resolving inquiries and optimizing operational workflows for consumer-directed benefits. Focus on managing eligibility updates, troubleshooting payroll and EDI transmissions, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Maitland, FL (25% Hybrid)

Salary: $13.51–$22.98 per hour

What you will do

  • Respond to employer inquiries via phone and email to ensure professional and timely resolution.
  • Meet key performance metrics including customer satisfaction, ticket resolution, and call queue adherence.
  • Support eligibility updates and resolve technical issues related to payroll funding and EDI/sFTP transmissions.
  • Identify recurring issues and promote self-service tools to enhance the overall employer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex member and employer-level issues.
  • Maintain deep expertise in hirify.global platforms and benefit products like HSA, HRA, and FSA.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service or client support experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and collaboration tools like Teams or Zoom.
  • Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in a 25% hybrid model in Maitland, FL.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting employer groups or senior-level decision makers.
  • Background in health insurance, consumer-directed benefits (HSA, HRA, FSA), or regulated industries.
