What you will do

• Provide excellent service to customers regarding their retirement savings accounts via telephone.
• Educate customers on plan updates and changes without performing cold calls or sales.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals accurately.
• Handle general account changes based on customer requests.
• Collaborate with a team of associates to maintain high service standards.
• Participate in continuous coaching and training to develop professional skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Associate degree or higher with at least one year of customer service experience, or two+ years of customer service experience.
• Availability to work a 40-hour week outside traditional business hours, including occasional Saturdays.
• Must provide reliable high-speed internet (50Mbps down/10Mbps up) with a wired Ethernet connection.
• Capability to work overtime as required by business needs.
