Salary: $144,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Establish and direct install operation strategies across the enterprise to facilitate best practices.
• Analyze and optimize operational efficiencies to meet market goals and maximize working capital.
• Oversee divisional-wide install operations to increase sales and profitability through competitive pricing practices.
• Implement cost containment measures and analyze fixed and variable costs at an operational level.
• Oversee installation operations to ensure and improve overall product quality.
• Serve as a liaison between operations and various corporate and regional offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience managing install operations in a regional or national capacity.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Demonstrated experience with lean processing techniques.
• Knowledge of the construction and building materials industry.
• Willingness and ability to travel to facility locations up to 75%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) programs.
