What you will do

• Lead project and design efforts for advanced building systems from concept through completion.
• Prepare and direct the creation of complex design documents, system layouts, schematics, and specifications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to design staff.
• Resolve complex engineering problems and design challenges in an advisory or direct capacity.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to develop requirements and manage project delivery.
• Oversee project quality through rigorous review processes and site visits to verify conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural engineering.
• PE license required (Professional Engineer).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience (or 10 years with a high school diploma).
• Required certifications in relevant technical fields (e.g., RCDD, BEMP, CPD, CDP, NICET).
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu.

Nice to have

• Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
• Sustainability certifications such as LEED, WELL, or CDP.
