Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery across complex electrical VDC projects.
• Strengthen client relationships to ensure project excellence and repeat business.
• Mentor global teams and lead internal training on electrical coordination best practices.
• Coordinate BIM updates and run clash detection on revised components for internal and external stakeholders.
• Model, draft, and produce drawings based on electrical plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a similar discipline.
• 5+ years of experience providing implementation, training, and support in BIM and VDC.
• 3+ years of experience working for an electrical trade contractor.
• Experience managing VDC Engineers or detailers.
• US work authorization is required.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams in different time zones (early/late hours).

Nice to have

• Field construction experience.
• Experience with project administration: invoicing, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of other primary building systems (foundations, structure, fire protection).
• Proven track record of effectively managing teams remotely.
