What you will do

• Own discipline-specific deliverables including layouts, specifications, and calculations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design partners to ensure project alignment.
• Manage and maintain coordinated BIM models with high attention to model health.
• Support Project Leads and senior engineers in design development and research.
• Participate in site walks, surveys, and construction-phase coordination.
• Contribute to internal system improvements, documentation standards, and workflow tools.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and construction documentation.
• Experience with technology system designs such as Telecom, ICT, or Structured Cabling.
• Ability to manage BIM coordination, clash detection, and cross-discipline resolution.
• Technical understanding of engineering principles and ability to perform calculations.

Nice to have

• EIT, CDT, RCDD, or PE certifications.
• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Studio.
