What you will do

• Design and manage scalable support systems for core pilot programs across math, literacy, and science.
• Establish infrastructure for EXE thought leadership and collaborative planning with sales leaders to seed the market.
• Develop and maintain a centralized library of field-facing content and presentation assets, utilizing AI for version control.
• Own the end-to-end Educator Support Request (ESR) process, from AI-powered intake to engagement data capture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing to align messaging and establish feedback loops from district conversations.

Requirements

• Strong program management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into clear, executable workflows and execution plans.
• Understanding of core curriculum adoption, pilot support, implementation, or sales enablement.
• Expertise in AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and quality.
• Must be based in the US

Nice to have

• Experience in K–12 curriculum, professional learning, or field support.
• Proven track record of building enablement systems or scalable support models.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional work where subject-matter experts own the content.
