What you will do

  • Design and deliver structured enablement programs for Sales, Solution Engineering, CX, and Partner Manager roles.
  • Partner with Field leadership to strengthen core sales capabilities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align with company-wide goals.
  • Manage training delivery through in-person sessions, virtual workshops, and e-learning.
  • Optimize program outcomes using KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging training to field teams in-person and virtually.
  • Strong project management skills to drive complex initiatives to completion.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS systems, and content management tools.
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes and sales role measurement.

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS, Cloud Technology, or the DXP space.
  • Experience with role-based learning, gamification, and performance tracking.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across diverse teams.
