What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from contract receipt to final acceptance.
• Coordinate material purchasing, delivery schedules, and installation timelines.
• Review building drawings, specifications, and sales abstracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Obtain necessary city permits and ensure adherence to OSHPD and DSA approvals.
• Facilitate weekly construction meetings with general contractors and internal branch personnel.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and database records for all job activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the elevator or construction industry.
• Must be located in or able to work from West Palm Beach or Miami, FL.
• Thorough knowledge of elevator equipment and installation procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical instructions and diagrams.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets and identifying discrepancies in specifications.
