What you will do

• Coordinate schedules to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Monitor team progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Coordinate client support efforts to address project-related needs.
• Prepare and maintain progress and planning documentation.
• Participate in all client and staff meetings related to the project.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, or administrative project support.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, docs, slides).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting status updates and tracking action items.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be located in or able to work in Menlo Park, California.
