What you will do

• Manage projects for Switchgear and Busway product lines from quote to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Lead the development and review of engineering drawings, bills of material, and technical documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, including design reviews and production readiness assessments.
• Track project schedules, risks, and deliverables, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and internal quality policies.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing projects related to electrical power equipment like switchgear or busway.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
