What you will do

• Create annual and quarterly training plans aligned with brand strategy for assigned disease states.
• Develop effective training materials and onboarding plans that support adult learning principles.
• Lead global training sessions on key data, competitor analysis, and scientific narratives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical Strategy, HEOR, and Field Medical to ensure strategic alignment.
• Track and report on training effectiveness, completion rates, and impact metrics.
• Identify and implement innovative approaches to training and adult learning technologies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP-C, MS) required.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs within pharma/biotech.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct training experience.
• Deep expertise in adult learning methodologies and training development.
• Proven track record working in a global environment across multiple international markets.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence decision-making.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of direct experience within Field Medical.
