What you will do
- Develop and maintain project schedules and provide EVMS and performance reporting.
- Support project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, performance measurement, and project direction.
- Provide acquisition planning, contract administration, subcontract management, procurement counsel, and cost analysis.
- Integrate risk registers with milestone forecasts and support contractor integration.
- Support audits and daily program and project management activities for the Hanford Field Office.
- Perform work in a regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment with multidisciplinary contractor teams.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of project controls and EVMS experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- Experience with Primavera P6, EVMS tools, risk analysis, and reporting.
- Analytical rigor, problem-solving, organization, leadership, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.
- Facility Clearance is required; DOE clearance may be required depending on the assigned work.
Nice to have
- DOE project or Environmental Management sector experience.
- PMP or EVP certification.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, or Visio.
