What you will do

• Lead the Evansville Software Committee and represent the division on the National BIM Task Force.
• Develop and maintain Master BIM Execution Plan templates and CAD standards.
• Evaluate, plan, and deploy software upgrades while identifying training needs for the division.
• Support Project Managers with pursuit strategy, labor estimation, and BIM scope planning.
• Execute project-level BIM coordination, including clash detection and model integration.
• Monitor technology developments and recommend improvements to support productivity and quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in BIM, design technology, or engineering project delivery.
• Proficiency in Autodesk software suite including Revit, Plant 3D, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage initiatives within budget.
• Must be able to work on-site in Evansville, IN.
• Ability to navigate industrial facilities and interpret technical drawings.

Nice to have

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Procore and Autodesk Forma.
• Previous experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar technical leadership role.
