BIM Coordinator - Data Center

What you will do

• Maintain accurate Revit and CAD files for data center projects.
• Serve as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance.
• Coordinate CAD/BIM content delivery and support the CAD/BIM team throughout project milestones.
• Lead project closeout efforts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform model health checks, retrofit model integration, general model maintenance, and drafting.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant software.
• Proven experience in BIM management and drafting.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization and deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, manage changing demands, and deliver detail-oriented, high-quality work.
