What you will do

• Maintain accurate Revit and CAD files as the primary site-level contact for BIM content review and management.
• Coordinate the delivery and maintenance of CAD/BIM content specifically for data center projects.
• Lead project closeout efforts and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
• Perform regular model health checks and general model maintenance and drafting.
• Incorporate retrofit project data into existing BIM models.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
• Proven professional experience in BIM management and drafting.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be located in or able to work from the specified US cities.
