What you will do

• Collaborate with the BIM team to maintain and manage Revit and CAD files.
• Act as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, and maintenance.
• Coordinate the delivery of CAD/BIM content for high-profile data center projects.
• Perform model health checks and integrate retrofit project data into existing models.
• Lead closeout efforts and maintain ongoing model maintenance and drafting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance of all BIM deliverables.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Proven professional experience in BIM management and drafting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work from one of the specified US office locations.
