What you will do

• Assemble patient charts by uploading required paperwork into the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Create and maintain up-to-date patient accounts and records within the EMR.
• Audit patient files against checklists to ensure all documentation is present before procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling and paperwork with physicians' offices for scheduled cases.
• Manage professional email correspondence and route incoming calls via OpenPhone/Zoom Voice.
• Assist in the implementation and use of AI-driven tools within daily administrative workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a front desk, patient coordinator, or medical administrative role.
• Proficiency in learning new electronic systems and EMR platforms.
• Experience with or enthusiasm for implementing AI tools.
• Strong communication skills for phone, email, and Zoom interactions.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Spanish or fluency in a Filipino/Asian language.
• Based in the Philippines.
