What you will do

• Design and deliver leadership and manager development programs, focusing on performance management, feedback, and team effectiveness.
• Own the end-to-end administration, configuration, and user experience of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create high-quality learning content across various formats, including facilitated sessions, self-paced modules, and toolkits.
• Partner with People Business Partners to identify capability gaps and implement grounded learning solutions.
• Manage vendor and facilitator relationships to integrate external expertise.
• Leverage AI tools to improve the quality, speed, and reach of learning content and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and delivering leadership or manager development programs.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage leaders at all levels.
• Experience owning or administering a learning management system.
• Ability to independently drive complex, ambiguous projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong content development skills with a high bar for quality and relevance.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or high-growth company environments.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools.
• Previous experience as a people manager.
• Experience building an L&D function or specific capability from scratch.
• Experience with Absorb LMS.
• Instructional design credentials or formal L&D training.
