Salary: $150,000 — $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with leaders to provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Coach managers through conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and organizational change.
• Lead workplace investigations and partner with Legal to ensure compliant and practical resolutions.
• Drive consistency across the performance lifecycle, including goal setting, reviews, promotions, and PIPs.
• Manage employee leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, parental) and international leave requirements.
• Oversee employment-based visa sponsorships and global mobility initiatives with outside counsel.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including a role as an HRBP.
• Experience in a rapidly scaling technology company.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, and US employment law (FMLA, ADA).
• Experience partnering with immigration counsel on visa sponsorships and global mobility.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
