What you will do

• Design and execute strategic training plans for Patient Coordinator, Billing, and Document Control teams.
• Integrate AI tools to optimize training material creation and automate administrative workflows.
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process and continuous upskilling for new and existing employees.
• Use data analytics (Snowflake, Power BI) to track KPIs and measure training ROI.
• Manage and oversee the activities of training associates and consultants.
• Collaborate with line managers to assess training requirements through job analysis and performance appraisals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience leading training programs, preferably for sales or revenue-generating teams.
• Proficiency in LMS, generative AI tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and document control standards.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Certifications in L&D (CPTD, APTD), Lean Six Sigma, or healthcare billing (CPB, CPC, HIPAA).
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler, The Challenger Sale, or SPIN.
